Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Hysa Tech SHPK, a company registered in the Republic of Albania ("MetaRun", "we", "us"), and govern your access to and use of the MetaRun platform at metarun.dev, including the MILO AI operator, the manual dashboard, the voice link, and the MCP server (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

01The Service

MetaRun is a workspace for managing a mobile app's presence on the Apple App Store. It connects to Apple App Store Connect through Apple's official API using credentials you provide, and lets you manage pricing across storefronts, store listings and localizations, screenshots, App Store Optimization (ASO), customer reviews, and releases.

You can operate the Service in three ways: manually through the dashboard, conversationally through MILO (by chat or voice), or from your own development environment through the MetaRun MCP server. All three run the same underlying operations under the same safeguards.

Support for Google Play is planned but not yet available. Features described as "coming soon" are not part of the Service until released.

02Eligibility and your account

The Service is a professional tool for app developers and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity through personal access tokens you mint for the MCP server. Keep those tokens secret; revoke any token you believe is compromised.
  • Notify us at support@hysa-tech.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

03Your platform credentials

To connect the Service to App Store Connect you upload an API key issued by Apple to your developer account. By doing so you confirm that you are authorized to use that key and that connecting it does not violate your agreements with Apple.

  • Credentials are transmitted over TLS and stored server-side with envelope encryption (AES-256-GCM, with the key encryption key held in a separate vault). They are never sent to or stored in your browser, and they are decrypted only in memory at the moment of use.
  • You authorize us to call the App Store Connect API on your behalf, using your credentials, to carry out the operations you request through the dashboard, MILO, or the MCP server.
  • You can disconnect a platform at any time, which deletes the stored credential.

Your use of App Store Connect remains subject to Apple's own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

04AI features and the preview/confirm model

MILO is an AI operator. It interprets your instructions and proposes concrete operations against your App Store Connect data. The Service is built on a strict rule: no change is written to your store without your explicit confirmation. MILO produces a preview showing the before and after; the change is applied only when you confirm it (the ENGAGE button in the app, or the confirmation token flow over MCP). Submitting an app for review additionally requires an explicit acknowledgement.

  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Review every preview before confirming it. You are responsible for the changes you confirm, including their effect on your live App Store presence.
  • We do not guarantee any business outcome from using the Service: not app store approval, ranking, visibility, conversion, or revenue.
  • Confirmed changes are recorded in your change history, and most can be reverted with one action, but a revert is a new change to your store and may not restore every side effect (for example, a submitted review cannot always be withdrawn).

05Plans, trial, and billing

The Service is offered in subscription tiers with metered AI usage (MILO actions, voice minutes, and AI translations per UTC calendar month), plus optional one-time boost packs. Current tiers, prices, and included quotas are listed on the pricing page.

  • Merchant of record.Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's checkout terms, and Paddle handles invoices and applicable VAT or sales tax.
  • Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day trial with capped usage and no payment method required. When the trial ends, AI features pause until you subscribe; your data remains accessible.
  • Usage caps. When you reach a monthly AI quota, AI features pause until the next monthly reset, an upgrade, or a boost pack. The manual dashboard is never blocked by AI quotas.
  • Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hysa-tech.com and we will review it with Paddle in good faith.
  • Price changes.We may change prices or plan quotas with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to manage content that infringes the rights of others;
  • upload credentials or data you are not authorized to use;
  • circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, usage metering, plan limits, or the preview/confirm safeguards;
  • probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by automated means outside the interfaces we provide (the MCP server is a provided interface);
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent a law expressly permits it despite this clause;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties as a bureau service without our written consent;
  • use the Service to violate Apple's developer terms or app review guidelines.

We may suspend or limit access immediately where we reasonably believe this section is being violated or the integrity of the Service is at risk.

07Your content

You retain all rights to the content you bring to the Service: your app metadata, screenshots and other images, store listings, and everything the Service pulls from your App Store Connect account on your behalf ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, render, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, rendering screenshot compositions, generating previews, or transmitting a confirmed change to Apple). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

08Our intellectual property

The Service, including MILO, the software, design, and branding, is owned by Hysa Tech SHPK and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while your subscription or trial is active. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

09Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties: Apple (App Store Connect), Google (AI models), Paddle (payments), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or outages. If Apple changes or withdraws an API the Service relies on, we may modify or discontinue the affected features.

10Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no uptime commitment is offered unless separately agreed in writing. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time; if a change materially reduces the core value of your paid plan, we will notify you and you may cancel with effect from the end of your billing period.

11Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT (INCLUDING TRANSLATIONS, SUGGESTIONS, PRICING PROPOSALS, AND PREVIEWS) IS ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSES, AND WE MAKE NO PROMISES ABOUT APP STORE OUTCOMES.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have paid nothing, EUR 50).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

13Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of Apple's terms or applicable law, including reasonable legal fees.

14Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via support@hysa-tech.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, where required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused fees in that last case).

On termination, your right to use the Service ends, stored platform credentials are deleted, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Tirana, Albania have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to another forum. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (by email or in the app) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel before the changes take effect.
