Reprice your app in all 175App Store countries in one pass

App Store Connect makes you set one base price and hope, or click through storefronts one at a time. MetaRun computes a price for every country, shows you the full before and after, and applies the change through the official App Store Connect API: apps, in-app purchases, and subscriptions alike.

01 · Execution
  1. 01

Anchor a base price in any country

Type a base price in any of the 175 storefronts' currencies: the engine re-bases the whole schedule around it. Pick a strategy (flat, PPP, Big Mac, Spotify, or fully custom) and MetaRun computes a target for every territory.

  2. 02

Every price snaps to a real Apple tier

The App Store only sells at Apple's price points (800 per territory by default). Every computed price is snapped to a valid tier with the local charm convention (.99 in the US, X90 in Japan, whole CFA hundreds), so nothing you stage can be rejected for an invalid price.

  3. 03

Preview the full before and after

You see old price, new price, and the percentage delta for every country before anything moves: green where the app gets cheaper, red where it gets more expensive. Exclude territories, edit single rows inline, or set a minimum floor.

  4. 04

    Apply once, revert once

One confirm applies the whole schedule through the App Store Connect API and records it in your change history. If you regret it, one tap rebuilds the previous schedule and stages the revert the same way.

Why you can't do this in App Store Connect

App Store Connect gives you two options for pricing: pick one base price and let Apple derive every other storefront from it, or open each territory and set prices by hand. There is no bulk editor, no percentage change, no strategy layer, and no undo. For subscriptions and in-app purchases the clicking multiplies: every product has its own price schedule per territory.

MetaRun replaces that with a single staged operation. The pricing engine computes all 175 storefronts at once, whether the target is your app's price, an in-app purchase, or a subscription, and stages one reviewable change. Because it runs on the official App Store Connect API with your own key, what you apply is exactly what App Store Connect shows afterward.

Subscriptions and IAPs, with the sharp edges handled

Subscription pricing on the App Store carries rules that silently break naive tools. A live subscription's price change must be scheduled for a future date, Apple allows only one pending price per territory, and you must decide whether existing subscribers keep their current price. MetaRun exposes each of those as an explicit lever: effective dates arrive pre-set to the earliest date Apple accepts, territories that already carry a scheduled change are skipped with a warning instead of failing the whole batch, and subscriber grandfathering is one checkbox.

Price changes never trigger a new app review: they go live on the schedule you set. And custom per-territory prices also mean Apple's automatic exchange-rate adjustments stop touching those storefronts, so the prices you chose stay the prices customers see.

Price by hand, by chat, or from your IDE

The same pricing engine answers to three surfaces. The manual deck gives you the full matrix with inline edits and filters. MILO, the AI operator, takes it as a sentence: "reprice everything on the PPP index, floor at $1.99" becomes a staged preview waiting for your confirm. And through the MCP server your own coding agent can run the identical operation from your editor.

Every surface shares one write path: preview, confirm token, apply, change history. There is no route where a price reaches Apple without you having seen it first.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change my app's price in all countries at once?

App Store Connect itself only offers a single base price plus manual per-territory editing. MetaRun computes a price for all 175 storefronts from your base price and strategy, shows the full before and after, and applies it in one confirmed pass through the official App Store Connect API.

Can I bulk update in-app purchase and subscription prices too?

Yes. Apps, IAPs, and subscriptions each have a pricing deck with the same engine. Subscription repricing handles Apple's rules for you: future effective dates, one pending change per territory, and the choice to preserve current subscribers' prices.

Does changing my app's price require a new app review?

No. Price changes never go through App Review. They take effect immediately or on the date you schedule, for the territories you chose.

Can I schedule a price change for a future date?

Yes. App and product prices accept a start date, and live subscriptions require one: MetaRun pre-fills the earliest date Apple allows, which matches what App Store Connect itself would offer.

What happens to Apple's automatic price adjustments if I set custom prices?

When you set your own price in a territory, Apple stops auto-adjusting that storefront for exchange-rate moves. That is usually what you want: the price you chose stays put, and you can re-run the strategy whenever you want to refresh.

Is it safe to connect my App Store Connect API key to a pricing tool?

Your .p8 key is uploaded once over TLS, envelope-encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and stored server-side where the browser can never read it back. Every write shows a preview first and lands in a change history you can revert from.

How many price points does the App Store have?

800 per territory by default (Apple grants more on request). MetaRun snaps every computed price to a valid point with the local pricing convention, so a computed $4.37 becomes the $4.49 tier instead of an API error.
